SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective: September 12, 2026 · Bucktooth Marketing
1. Program description
This program covers the transactional text messages sent by a dental practice to its own patients, using Fluorish AI's messaging platform on the practice's behalf. Fluorish AI is the software platform; the sending identity your messages come from is the dental practice you booked with or spoke to.
By opting in — on a participating practice's public booking page, or verbally with its AI receptionist during a call — you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from that practice about your own appointments and dental care. This includes: identity-verification codes; appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellations; new-patient and consultation follow-up; missed-call follow-up; two-way patient-service conversations; requested forms, photos, or documents; treatment or procedure information you request; insurance/eligibility and billing-related administrative communication; treatment, case, or lab status updates; balance and payment reminders and secure payment links; post-visit follow-up; and recall or re-engagement messages. Consent to these patient-care messages is not a condition of receiving dental care, of booking an appointment, or of purchasing any product or service — where the practice's booking flow requires identity verification, a non-SMS verification method (e.g. email) is also offered.
Message frequency varies with your appointment activity (typically a few messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply.
1B. Separate, optional: promotional & marketing messages
Some participating practices also offer a separate, unchecked-by-default opt-in for occasional promotional or marketing text messages (for example, seasonal offers or practice announcements). This consent is independent of the patient-care consent above — declining marketing messages has no effect on receiving appointment, service, or care-related texts you separately opted into, and is never a condition of receiving dental care, booking an appointment, or purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirming message and then stop sending messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.
3. Help
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@fluorish.ai.
4. Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Fluorish AI.
5. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
